To ensure your dog’s well-being, please make sure they are in good health and grooming condition before their sleepover. For stays longer than seven days, your dog will receive a complimentary wash and tidy. Don’t forget to provide their food and any necessary medications.

In Carers’ Home Sleepovers

Only dogs who are suitable for daycare will be appropriate for the in-carers’ home service.

We recommend that your dog regularly attends daycare before using this service. This allows our carers to get to know your dog and ensures they feel comfortable spending time with us.

Arrival Times:
Please ensure dogs arrive at daycare before 9:30 a.m. to help them settle and expend energy before their first night away from home.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Services:
Pick-up and drop-off services are available within our serviced areas.

Our sleepover service is perfect for dogs who enjoy a home environment. If this service is not suitable, we are happy to refer you to our preferred boarding establishments.

Payment is expected prior to the commencement of care.

Cancellation Policy

As this is a personalised service, we have a strict cancellation policy due to the nature of our carers’ time and commitment.

Cancellation Periods:

• 8 days or more: Administrative fee applies

• 7 days: One night of booked care + administrative fee applies

• 3 days: Two nights of booked care + administrative fee applies

• 24 hours or less: No refund

Please note: If the scheduled sleepover has already commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Why is our policy strict?
This highly personalised service requires our carers to dedicate their time, homes, and routines to your fur-kids. Cancellation policies ensure fair compensation, similar to hotels and boarding kennels.
